By accessing or using Web Agent Bridge ("WAB", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law and the applicable laws of the European Union, including the Digital Services Act (DSA) and consumer protection regulations.
The WAB software is released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software, subject to the conditions of the MIT License.
These Terms of Service apply specifically to the hosted service at webagentbridge.com. If you self-host WAB, the MIT License governs the software, and you are responsible for your own terms and compliance.
To use certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service, in accordance with the Dutch UAVG implementation of GDPR Art. 8.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@webagentbridge.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
WAB offers a free tier with core features: auto-discovery, click/scroll/form-fill permissions, and basic logging. The free tier is provided "as-is" without guaranteed uptime or support.
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) provide additional features including:
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of Dutch VAT (BTW) for EU consumers, or exclusive of VAT for business customers with a valid EU VAT number.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Per the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU):

The WAB software code is open source under the MIT License. However, the following are proprietary and may not be used without permission:
We aim to provide high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control (force majeure).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek):
Note: These limitations do not affect your statutory rights as an EU consumer under the Consumer Rights Directive or the Dutch Burgerlijk Wetboek.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in The Hague, the Netherlands.
For EU consumers: You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
